We want you to love your Slate tracking cards. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

Returns

You have 100 days from the date you receive your order to request a return. To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition that you received it — unused and in its original packaging, with any included accessories.

How to Start a Return

To start a return, email us at support@slatesignals.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We will respond with instructions on where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return cannot be accepted.

Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, unless the item is defective, damaged, or we sent the wrong product — in those cases, we cover the return shipping.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately at support@slatesignals.com if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong product, so we can make it right.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund.
